I'm Satpal Sandhu, a UK-based Product Designer (UX/UI) with 20+ years' experience. I specialise in turning high-stakes, data-heavy workflows into intuitive, human-centred digital experiences.
For the past 9 years I've worked in regulated FinTech at Delta Financial Systems (acquired by Bravura Solutions), leading design across a pension administration SaaS platform (SIPP/SSAS/Drawdown/Illustration) and related products including adviser portals, secure document management, and banking-style services. My work has helped reduce user errors, improve task efficiency, and cut rework by aligning design, engineering and compliance early.
My approach is practical and outcome-led: discovery and testing where it matters, strong information architecture, and delivery-ready UI that engineers can build confidently.
I use AI to accelerate exploration and documentation (variants, content drafts, edge cases, prototyping), while keeping decisions grounded in user needs, constraints, and craft.
